Touhou 10.5 Hisouten Scarlet Weather Rhapsody. Well the tournament only for 1st 16 registration which is start now till right before the 30 minutes of the tournament start. Details as below:

Rules and Regulations :
- All characters are allowed, including the unlockable characters Iku and Tenshi.
- Players are allowed to construct their deck freely. All cards are unlocked by default. It is recommended that each player prepare a decklist beforehand.
- Weather effects are disabled.
- Yuyuko's stage (aka the Snow Stage) is banned.
- All games will be played via LAN using the built-in Network option.
- All games will be played with the default control settings.
- Should you wish to change controls, you will have to set them back to default at the end of your match. Failure to do so might result in disqualification or similar action.
- Registration will be open during the event until 30 minutes before the game.
- Places for the competition are limited to 16 players only and will be based on first come, first serve basis.
- Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- Each player will receive a number tag upon registration. Players are required to wear this tag during the duration of the competition. Those without tags will not be allowed to enter the competition area. There will be no replacement for lost tags.
- All matches will be scheduled by the GACC committees and players have to report to the competition area at least 10 minutes before their scheduled match. If they are not there by match time, it’s considered forfeit.
- In the case of a technical malfunction, the game will be restarted from the beginning, regardless of score/time before malfunction.
- All decisions made by tournament officials are final.
- Players must conduct themselves reasonably and according to the rules. Permanent ejection of a player from the tournament is at the GACC committees' discretion.
- Spectators may not disturb or communicate with a player while he or she is in the middle of a match. Breaking of this rule might result in ejection of the spectator or forfeit of the game.
- No pausing is allowed.
- Any other sign of cheating will also result in forfeit of the game.
- The organizer reserves the right to exchange the prizes to anything of equal value or more.
- Prizes are not exchangeable.
