Yeah, new update from doujin circle 黄昏フロンティア which previous known as game developer for famous series adopted from Touhou Project, Touhou IaMP, Touhou Hisouten and Defend The Library, Pachucon! The latest news just updated via the official website on last 23rd July 2009 for their C76 Natsu Gomi product Touhou Hisouten(nori/soku) Touhou 12.3 (東方非想天則). 
The waited from the rumor that weatherlight is coming, and its here now with "nori" or literally "rule".
What nice is they included my favorite Touhou character, Cirno as well they bring back China that from IaMP. Other new character that they bring were Kotiya Sanae. This is awesome as will bring back the memory of fighting game. This Natsu Gomi will more and more interesting with 2 major hit, Touhou UFO and Touhou Hisouten Nori yet have to GET.
