Touhou Seireisen Patch Update Ver. 1,00b

As title, earlier today Master ZUN has updated the TH 12 - Touhou Seireisen ~ Undefined Fantastic Object. This is because to eliminate bug that appear when you had made a score over 1,000,000,000 there is a bug where error comes out when the UFO color become different.

Just for a review again, here the list playable character for this awesome game:From left: *Suika, *Yukari, *Yuyuko, *Scarlet, *Youmu, Pachouli, *Alice, *Sakuya, Marisa, Reimu, Sanae, Cirno, Meilin, Utsuho, Suwako, *Reisen, *Aya, *Komachi, *Iku and *Tenshi. Character name with "*" you need to configure your Hisouten compatible with this Hisoutensoku. To do that open "configex123.ini" using notepad and change this command

Touhou Ruuchakai ~ Spiral Tea Party

Yet another Touhou only event that will be held on Plaza PIO. This event will be on this 31st August 2009. Event name pronounce as Touhou Ruuchakai which literally mean as "Spiral Tea Party". Space were limited - 200.
